Jason Phillips
Vice President of Recovery Roofing
Jason began his career in roofing and construction at just 17 years old, working part-time for Childers Roofing and Sheet Metal under the guidance of mentor Paul Gibbs Sr. Over the years, he has built a strong foundation of expertise supported by OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, along with specialized training and manufacturer certifications from Polyglass, Carlisle, and CertainTeed.
His career highlights include managing major projects at NAS and Kings Bay military bases, as well as overseeing complex Lockheed Martin developments. These experiences, combined with countless private projects, have refined his ability to handle challenging logistics while ensuring safety and quality remain top priorities.
Today, as Vice President, Jason balances multiple roles—supervising field operations, mentoring crews, coordinating with general contractors, and working directly with clients. He is known for his hands-on leadership, transparent communication, and dedication to delivering projects on time and to the highest standards. One of his proudest accomplishments was leading the Lockheed Martin E3 and E5 projects in Orlando, where his commitment and team leadership ensured successful completion despite the distance and challenges involved.
