Stephen Newell brings over 30 years of roofing expertise to our team, having started his career in 1994 with Rich Car Construction in Adrian, Michigan. Since then, he has built an impressive foundation of hands-on experience, technical certifications, and a reputation for excellence across both residential and commercial roofing.

Over the years, Stephen has earned certifications from many of the industry’s leading manufacturers and systems, including GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, Sealoflex, APOC Coatings, HydroStop, foam application, Certa torch application, aerial lift and lull operation, and Duro-Last—just to name a few. This extensive training ensures that every project he touches is supported by deep technical knowledge and proven best practices.

His portfolio includes an extraordinary range of work, from historic landmarks to large-scale developments. Among his most notable projects are the Flagler College roof and library in St. Augustine, the gazebo in the city’s historic town square, the Baker Residence, and Hendricks Baptist Church in Jacksonville. He has also completed projects for schools, military bases, and entire residential developments such as Sea Pines Estates and Commodore Club.

As Project Estimator, Stephen is often the first point of contact for our clients, delivering upfront, personalized expertise that sets the tone for a successful project.
