Brittney began her career on Florida’s west coast auditing books for a general contractor with a roofing division, an experience that quickly evolved into project management and gave her a strong foundation in both operations and fieldwork. Over the years, she gained hands-on expertise with residential new construction, re-roofs, complex repairs, and inspections before transitioning into commercial roofing in Jacksonville.

At Recovery Roofing, Brittney serves as Operations Administrator, where she oversees project management, residential estimating, and inspections. With a background in project estimating, mitigation reviews, and detailed roof assessments, she ensures projects run smoothly, issues are identified early, and both the sales and production teams are supported. Currently pursuing InterNACHI certification as a home inspector, Brittney continues to expand her expertise while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
