Erin began her career in roofing and construction six years ago through an unexpected opportunity with Drew and Jason, who brought her on board as office support despite her having no prior experience in the industry. What started as a leap of faith quickly grew into a passion and career, fueled by a safe and supportive environment where she could learn, make mistakes, and turn them into valuable lessons. This foundation not only shaped her expertise but also gave her the drive to continuously grow as a professional and leader in the field.

Her commitment to professional development has been unwavering. She is a licensed Notary, earned her Associate’s Degree in Accounting Technology, and is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at the University of North Florida, with graduation set for Spring 2026. As an active member of the Beta Alpha Psi chapter at UNF since 2024, she has strengthened her knowledge of accounting, finance, and business leadership while building relationships with other driven professionals.

Today, she serves as Controller at Recovery Roofing, where she plays a critical role in the company’s success. In addition to overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial forecasting, she is deeply involved in project management and safety education. Her ability to balance financial precision with operational insight ensures that the company remains efficient, compliant, and positioned for long-term growth. Wearing many hats in a small business, she thrives on creating systems that strengthen accountability, streamline processes, and ultimately drive customer satisfaction.
