With nearly four decades of experience in commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal, Kevin brings unmatched craftsmanship and leadership to Recovery Roofing. His career began in Jacksonville, Florida, working on commercial roof decks from 1986 to 1990, where he quickly developed a strong foundation in metal roofing systems.

In 1990, he joined East Coast Systems in Jacksonville, where he advanced into a supervisory role under the mentorship of owner Frank Christian. Over the course of 23 years, he honed his technical expertise, project management skills, and commitment to quality workmanship.

From 2013 to 2021, he served as Project Manager and General Superintendent at Architectural Sheet Metal in Orlando, overseeing large-scale commercial and institutional roofing projects. He later continued his leadership as Operations Manager at Jebco Weather Defense in Jacksonville from 2021 to 2025, where he managed fabrication operations and field installations across multiple high-profile sites.

Throughout his career, he has worked with industry-leading materials, systems and training, including Osha 10, Berridge Manufacturing, PAC-CLAD, BEMO USA, MBCI, and Zip-Rib. His project portfolio features major works such as JaxPort (Blount Island), Orlando Sanford International Airport, Clay County Courthouse, Homestead Stadium in Miami, and CSX Railroad facilities.

As Shop Supervisor and Field Metal Advisor, he oversees production quality, custom fabrication, and the training of new technicians. Dedicated to mentoring the next generation, he takes pride in passing along the knowledge and craftsmanship gained through mentors, manufacturer representatives, and inspectors over his 39-year career.

His passion for the trade continues to grow as he witnesses the evolution of metal roofing—blending traditional skill with modern innovation to deliver superior results for every project.
