Since beginning my roofing career in 2009 after moving to Florida, I have dedicated myself to mastering all aspects of roof repair and maintenance. Starting as a service technician, I quickly earned a promotion to Service Manager in 2012—a role that allowed me to combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership and customer service.
Over the years, I have completed multiple professional certifications, including OSHA 30, GAF, Henry, Carlisle, and Hydro Stop, along with other major manufacturer programs that enhance my technical proficiency and ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards. My experience spans a wide range of roofing systems, including tile, shingle, coating, TPO, and modified bitumen systems, giving me a deep understanding of both residential and commercial applications.
In my current role as Service Manager, I focus on growing our service department into one of the most trusted and efficient in the industry. I take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and responsiveness for every client we serve. I work closely with my team to address concerns, find effective solutions, and ensure that safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront of every project.
The achievement I am most proud of is building a successful service department grounded in teamwork, integrity, and reliability—values that continue to drive my commitment to delivering exceptional results and long-term client relationships.
